1 - 3 capsules , 2 - 3 times a day 1 hour before meals or bedtime.




The following results are based on Clinical studies conducted at the Biomedical Technology Research Centre at Chiang Mai Faculty of Medical Technology, Chiang Mai University in 2011.


In this study, the dosage was to test the efficacy and safety of prescribing a maximum of 4 capsules per day. (2 capsules each before meals)

Effects of Arthrinox Capsules


  • Significantly lowers TNF-α

The significant decrease in TNF-α reduces the severity of Inflammation and Auto Immune symptoms. Autoimmune diseases are characterized by the body's immune responses being directed against its own tissues, causing prolonged inflammation and subsequent tissue destruction. Auto immune disorders can either cause immune-responsive cells to attack the linings of the joints (resulting in rheumatoid arthritis).


In rheumatoid arthritis, excess levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin 1(b) (IL-1b), and/or leukotriene B4 (LTB4), are known to cause or contribute to the inflammatory syndrome that ultimately destroys joint cartilage and synovial fluid.


IL 17 Role in Asthma


The IL-17F gene been shown to have a pro-inflammatory role in asthma. IL-17F is clearly expressed in the airway of asthmatics and its expression level is correlated with disease severity. Over expression of IL-17F gene in the airway of mice is associated with airway neutrophilia, the induction of many cytokines, an increase in airway hyper reactivity, and mucus hyper secretion. Hence, IL-17F may have a crucial role in allergic airway inflammation, and have important therapeutic implications in asthma.
